ENERGY MANAGEMENT: Energy reduction in electrical and thermal systems; heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems; methods of initiating and managing an effective conservation program

DESIGN OF EXPERIMENTS: Design and analysis, regression analysis, robust design, and Taguschi's methods

QUALITY SYSTEMS AND PROCESS IMPROVEMENT: Process and quality tools such as SPC, Gage R & R, ISO9000, 6 Sigma, Benchmarking and the Malcolm Baldridge National Quality Award
